Social Media/Marketing Specialist

Tree Awareness, Inc is excited to announce we are hiring a new Social Media/Marketing Specialist! .

This position will have schedule flexibility, a mix of office and field experience and be part of our team to grow and move the company forward in this digital age! If you or someone you know would be interested, let Mia know by phone or email. Here is a list of the requirements for the position:

●    Person needs to be creative and enjoy creating and editing content.

●    Shall know how to operate a digital camera; set up and run go pro cameras, fly or quickly learn to fly a drone.                                                

●    Shall have a creative eye, develop unique camera angles, and captures to put a cinematic stamp on our content .

●    Shall know how to properly edit captured content in order to create reels (2-3 per week) , publish and upload content to our YouTube channel, Instagram, and FB as well as our website. Part of the responsibilities will be to build followership on all platforms. And also drive client and potential client engagement.

●    Shall assist Paul with special projects such as: “ A View From the Field” and also developing the podcast ; this may not be limited to Tree Awareness content but will include “forged consulting” as it develops by recording speaking engagements .

●    Assist in managing website and content peripheral to the creative

●    Assist the VP when needed with email marketing by integrating created content when requested.

●    Lend created content for outside marketing projects like print and or video advertising.

●    To collaborate on projects by bringing some ideas as well as listening and integrating other’s ideas and concepts. Great autonomy will be given, but we also use a team concept to put best ideas forward.

●    Will be working in the field in some high risk work environments .

●    Will be part of safety briefs and shall wear appropriate PPE

●    Will be treated and thought of as a team member

*Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
