2. If there’s a fit.We’ll reach out to schedule a phone call to discuss your experience and the role.
3. In-person interview.For climbing & ground roles, we’ll meet at the yard at our office and walk through the work.
4. Offer or honest no.We’ll tell you either way, and we’ll explain the decision.
