Tree Awareness, Inc. is a small, family-run tree care company. We treat the information you share with us the way we treat the trees we work on — with respect, and with as light a touch as the job allows.
When you reach out through our website, email, or phone, we collect only what we need to do our job well. That typically means:
Everything we collect is used to respond to you, schedule work, and follow up after the job. Nothing more.
If you opt in to our newsletter (the “View From the Field” updates), we’ll add your email to that list so we can send you the occasional tree-care note from Paul. You can unsubscribe from any email we send with one click.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
The only third parties that ever touch your data are the tools we use to run the business:
That’s the whole list. We don’t use ad networks or behavioral tracking.
The site sets a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary — things like remembering whether the contact form has been submitted, or keeping the page from breaking when you navigate. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
We keep contact-form inquiries and customer records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus the period our accountant tells us is required for tax and warranty purposes. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.
You can ask us at any time to:
Email treeawarenessoffice@aol.com with the request and we’ll take care of it.
This site is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we update this policy, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be flagged plainly — no fine-print tricks.
Thank you for trusting us with your trees, and with the small amount of information you share to make that possible.
Questions about your data? Call (856) 241-0489 or email treeawarenessoffice@aol.com. We’ll get back to you the same week.
